The Woodburn Area Chamber of Commerce honors Distinguished Service Alma Award Recipients each year – recognizing those in our community who give of their time and effort to a wide range of civic and volunteer causes. They exemplify the true heart, soul, and spirit…the “Alma” of Woodburn.
