Membership in the Woodburn Area Chamber of Commerce Can Help to Quickly Grow Your Business
Membership in the Woodburn Area Chamber of Commerce provides effective opportunities to connect and network and has been a tool used by many of our members to quickly grow their business. We have countless examples of how members have used these events. Getting involved has expanded their connections, client base, knowledge of other Chamber members and often times leads to creating lasting friendships as well.
Greeters
Greeters is our weekly networking event and is held on Most Fridays. There is a business “Host” who has about 20 minutes to present and is a great opportunity to showcase what they can do for the Group. The Balance of the hour is spent with self-introductions, Testimonials, announcements and door Prizes. As a first-time visitor to Greeters you will have an opportunity to take about 30 seconds to tell us who you are and what you do. Guests may visit up to three times before joining.
Fridays at various business and locations. Look to the calendar for the location each week.
7:30 am to 8:00 am Networking: Come early for coffee and get to know people and make connections!
8:00 am to 9:00 am: Regular Greeters format.
Members and guests are encouraged to bring a door prize (Suggested value of $10 or more) and will have an additional opportunity to say who they are and what they have brought.
Café y Pan Dulce
Third Thursday of each month from 8:00 am to 9:00 am at the Metropolis in downtown Woodburn
This is a multicultural event and non-Latino businesses are encouraged and welcome to attend. There is always a good program to educate businesses as well as the opportunity to network. So let’s meet over coffee and sweet bread and get to know each other!
Business After Hours
Third Thursdays 5:00 pm to 7:00pm at various locations.
Business After hours is more of a social event that provides opportunities to get to know other members one on one. The hosting business provides light appetizers and can also do door prizes. We have a couple of member businesses who can provide the space and no-host bar. If you wish to hold it at your location we suggest the appetizers and refreshments such as soft drinks, beer, and wine.
